Girl’s trip to learn more about plastics entering the ocean and of course, surfing out brains out. Started the trip off in the busy town on Canggu to centralize ourselves and meet the inspiring men and women working towards a more sustainable future for Bali- including the two schoolgirls behind Bye Bye Plastic Bags. After a few days of cleaning rivers in Ubud, we then stationed ourselves in Uluwatu and surfed some of the longest lefts I’ve ever seen. This trip made me appreciate that if we all made small changes in our daily life, they would add up.
